For the second time in the last 6 months, the Wall Street Journal is
mongering rumors on Alltel. The first was that they would be taken private.
Here was my take on that. Now they are to be bought by AT&T. We'll see. Both rumors appear to be based on nothing more than the imagination of a journalist.
